Currently, the actual northern Artipasta is helping the southern food truck by serving as a commissary kitchen. The following stage entails providing delivery. The establishment of on-site public eating would be the third and last phase.

The new Artipasta will have 20 seats and serve as a fast-casual establishment. A patio could be planned for the summer of 2023. It will continue to be open.

Italian natives Ugo and Annamaria Bigi, co-owners of Artipasta, concentrate on serving pasta and sauces that they make in-house.

Other dishes include lasagna, gnocchi in tomato sauce, spinach-ricotta ravioli, cacio e pepe spaghetti, maccheroni with creamy sausage and mushrooms, and tagliatelle with meat sauce or ham/green peas.
